Mark is a partner in CWRO. He has experience representing clients in various phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing and disposition.

Mark has represented a variety of clients in the multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and restaurant arenas.

Recent transactions include representations of:

  • New York based institutional private equity investment firm in connection with the acquisition, development and operation of numerous multi-family use properties throughout Texas and New Mexico.
  • Regional private equity group and restaurant franchisee in the acquisition and development of restaurant properties along IH-35 corridor.
  • Regional credit union in acquisition and development of new branch locations.
  • Private investor in the acquisition, leasing and management of a retail shopping center in Travis County, Texas.
  • Developer in the acquisition and financing of an office and industrial building in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Owner in the disposition of approximately 70 acres of land in Dallas County, Texas to an institutional developer.
  • Landlords in the negotiation of retail, office, and industrial leases and subleases.
  • Special servicer in the negotiation of management and lease listing agreements in connection with the ownership of office and retail post-foreclosure REO assets, and the subsequent leasing of same.
